These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of MyIGBlueprint (https://www.myigblueprint.com) and related services (the “Service”) provided by The Profile Auditors Consultancy, a sole proprietorship operated by Praveen Sharma (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Scope of service
We provide an educational and informational Instagram profile audit report based on publicly available profile data and general growth analysis frameworks. The Service includes profile scoring, strengths and weaknesses analysis, bonus suggestions, and — where applicable under your purchased plan — a personalised multi-step action plan.
The Service is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.
2. No affiliation with Meta or Instagram
The Profile Auditors Consultancy is an independent service. We do not work for, represent, partner with, or guarantee any outcome on behalf of Meta Platforms, Inc., Instagram, or Facebook. Instagram is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
We do not guarantee follower growth, verification, reach, engagement levels, revenue, or any specific performance metric on Instagram or any other platform.
3. Eligibility
You must meet Instagram's minimum age requirement (13 years) to use the Service in connection with an Instagram profile. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with parental or guardian consent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.
4. Account and authentication
You may need to verify your email via a secure magic link to run audits. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account and for all activity under your account.
5. Delivery of audits
Audit reports are delivered digitally through the Service — typically displayed in your account immediately after the audit process completes. You may also download a shareable summary report from the platform. We do not guarantee delivery by any specific channel (such as email) unless explicitly stated at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for submitting an accurate, public Instagram username. We cannot audit private or inaccessible profiles.
6. Credits, pricing, and payments
The Service may include a limited free audit credit per account. Additional audits require purchasing credit packs. Prices are displayed before checkout.
Payments are processed by third-party providers including Razorpay (INR) and PayPal (international / USD). We do not store your full payment credentials.
A sale is considered final when payment is successfully captured by the payment provider. Credits are added to your account upon successful payment confirmation. See our Refunds & Cancellations Policy for details.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Submit usernames you do not have permission to analyse.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or overload our systems.
- Resell or commercially redistribute audit outputs without our consent.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, branding, software, and audit frameworks, is owned by The Profile Auditors Consultancy or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use your audit reports for your own purposes. The MyIGBlueprint name and branding remain our property.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AUDIT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.
10. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, The Profile Auditors Consultancy AND Praveen Sharma SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jhajjar, Haryana, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after the updated date constitutes acceptance. Material changes may be communicated through the Service.
