This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to purchases made on MyIGBlueprint (https://www.myigblueprint.com), operated by The Profile Auditors Consultancy (Praveen Sharma, sole proprietorship).
1. Digital service — all sales final
MyIGBlueprint provides digital, custom-generated Instagram profile audit services. Due to the digital and personalised nature of our audits and the immediate allocation of audit credits upon successful payment:
All sales are final once payment is successfully captured by our payment provider (Razorpay or PayPal).
We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or chargebacks once payment has been captured and audit credits have been added to your account — except where required by applicable law.
2. Audit credits
- Audit credits are consumed when an audit is successfully run against an Instagram username.
- Used credits cannot be restored, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
- Unused credits remain on your account until used, subject to these Terms and any promotional conditions displayed at purchase.
3. Free audit credit
New accounts may receive one (1) complimentary audit credit. Free credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion.
4. Failed or incomplete audits
If a paid audit fails due to a technical error on our side (for example, a system outage before your report is generated) and no report was delivered, contact support@myigblueprint.com within 7 days with your registered email and transaction reference. After verification, we may, at our sole discretion, re-run the audit or restore the consumed credit. This does not apply where the failure is due to an invalid username, a private profile, third-party API limitations, or incorrect information you provided.
5. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, duplicate payment for the same order), contact us within 7 days at support@myigblueprint.com with proof of payment. Verified duplicate charges may be reversed through the original payment method.
6. Payment disputes
Please contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unfounded chargebacks for delivered digital services may result in account suspension and recovery of associated costs where permitted by law.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this Policy limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law in your jurisdiction, where such rights cannot be waived by contract.
